Privacy and Your Enquiry
The enquiry form is intended to begin a conversation with Albert Wang at Royal LePage Advance Realty.
Information you provide.
The form collects your name, email address or phone number, enquiry type and your consent for Albert to contact you about the enquiry. Property or area details and a message are optional. We also record the form language, submission time, submission page and, when available, the relevant page or broad source that brought you here, such as Google or a seller guide. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from this source information.
How the information is used.
Your enquiry is used to respond to your request, understand the help you are seeking and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and service providers.
After a successful submission, your enquiry is saved in a private record on the website’s hosting service. The website then attempts to send an email notification to Albert’s business email. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services, which may involve processing outside Canada. Information is kept as needed for the enquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Website technology.
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand which pages visitors use and which lead to contact. Our Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer; browsing and enquiries still work. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to six months. When enabled, analytics cookies last up to 90 days and browser-session storage remembers a permitted entry page and broad referral source.
Analytics receives permitted page paths, language, enquiry category and counts of confirmed form receipts or contact-button clicks—not names, email addresses, phone numbers, property details, messages or receipt identifiers. A contact-button click does not establish that a call or email was received. Google may process technical information outside Canada. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalization are disabled in our tag. See how Google uses information from sites using its services.
Fonts and the background video are served from this website. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, may keep access logs and provide operational scripts for its hosting services. The analytics choice above controls our Google Analytics tag, not the provider’s separate service processing. See GoDaddy’s privacy notice.

Please do not submit identification, banking details, financial statements, access codes or confidential transaction documents through this form. Albert can discuss a suitable method if further information is needed.
